🔹Prof. Dr. med. Peter Brossart's illustrious career in the field of hematology and oncology is marked by a series of significant milestones.
🔹He commenced his medical journey as a dedicated medical intern at the Medical University Hospital Freiburg's Department of Hematology and Oncology from June 1991 to August 1992.
🔹Continuing his quest for knowledge and excellence, Prof. Dr. Brossart served as a scientific assistant at the Medical University Hospital Heidelberg, specializing in Hematology, Oncology, and Rheumatology, from September 1992 to January 1995.

His remarkable accomplishments in the field were recognized with second place in the appointment procedure for a C3 Professorship in Clinical and Molecular Tumor Immunology at the Faculty of Medicine, Charité - Universitätsmedizin Berlin, Campus Benjamin Franklin, in May 2004.
🔹In June 2006, he secured the third place in the appointment procedure for the W3 Professorship in Hematology and Internal Oncology at the Faculty of Medicine, University of Erlangen, showcasing the high regard in which he was held by his peers.
🔹Prof. Dr. Brossart's reputation continued to grow as he received an offer for the Chair (W3) in Hematology and Oncology at the University of Bonn in June 2007. Accepting the position, he assumed the role of Director of the Medical Clinic and Polyclinic III for Hematology and Oncology at the University Hospital Bonn in January 2008.
