What is Ectropion?

Ectropion is a medical condition where the lower eyelid turns outward, away from the eye. This can lead to problems such as irritation, redness, excessive tearing, and sensitivity to light. The outward rotation of the eyelid can cause the eye to dry out, potentially leading to more serious eye issues if left untreated.

Side Effects of Ectropion

• Dryness and Irritation: Due to improper tear distribution over the eye's surface.
