🔹Univ.-Prof. Dr. med. Elmar Stickeler assumed the Chair of Gynecology and Obstetrics at the University Hospital RWTH Aachen after spending 16 years at the University Women's Clinic in Freiburg.
🔹The native of Stolberg, and father of two children, was already familiar with the city and the region he began his medical studies in Aachen in 1986, leading him through stages in Ulm, Houston, and Freiburg, eventually returning to Aachen.
🔹Prof. Stickeler is recognized as an esteemed expert in the field of Gynecological Oncology and is a renowned specialist in breast cancer. His team consists of around 30 doctors who are dedicated not only to comprehensive patient care and teaching but also to gynecological and obstetric research.
