🔹Prof. Dr. med. Mathias Z. Strowski, MBA, FRCP(Glasg), FRSM(Lon) is a prominent medical gastroenterologist with experience of more than 25+ years.
🔹He is also a professor and scientist at the Charité – University Berlin.
🔹He is a chief physician of the hospital Klinikum Frankfurt/Oder, at the river Odra nearby the German-Polish border. This is the biggest hospital in the eastern part of Brandenburg (Germany) which is also a teaching hospital of the Charité University - Berlin.
🔹Prof. Strowski studied medicine at the Philipps-University Marburg, Manchester & Ann Arbor from and later did his Doctoral Thesis, MD (summa cum laude) from Philipps-University Marburg in 1997.
🔹He received a master's degree at the University of Neu-Ulm. The title of his Master's Business Administration thesis was the Digitalization of Hospitals in Germany. Besides his clinical and scientific expertise, prof. Strowski actively contributes to the Polish-German medical network to provide the best medical services for patients who live nearby the Polish-German border. Prof Strowski is a native Polish citizen who grew up in Opole (Silesia) and left his home country at the age of seventeen due to political tension and prosecution of Solidarity and restriction of personal freedom in communism, at that time.
🔹Currently, he lives with his family in Berlin, Germany. Prof Strowski is a recipient of multiple prizes in medicine and a member of the German Society for Digestive and Metabolic Diseases (DGVS), German Diabetes Society (DDG), German Society for Endocrinology (DGE), European Association for Studies in Diabetes (EASD), Berlin Medical Association, and many more.
🔹His achievements were recognized by granting him the Fellowship at the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow and the Royal Society of Medicine London. He is also a member of the Polish Academy of Sciences (PAN) and Polish National Science Centre (NCN).
