Prof. Dr. Frank Gansauge, the founder of the clinic, along with his team of scientists and doctors, has been working in this field for over 22 years. At the LDG laboratory, they mainly use immunotherapy, focusing on treating cancer with dendritic cells. The Frank Gansauge Clinic was one of the first private medical centers in the world to get approval for dendritic cell therapy.
The clinic is located near the eastern shore of Lake Starnberg, offering beautiful views and rich historical sites like the Votivkapelle, a chapel built in memory of King Ludwig II, who drowned in the lake in 1886, and the nearby Schloss Berg.
